Case Study:
A 26 year old man named Billy from Madagascar goes out with his friends often. Billy is a very funny guy and apparently makes everyone laugh. He manages to make his really close friend Bob spit his drink into Billy’s face while he’s laughing every time they go out. Two and a half years later, Billy moved to America to live with an uncle. Once he got there, Billy noticed that he had small ulcers developing on his chest. Billy did not know what the cause of the lesions was so he managed to ignore it. At the same time, Billy began to loose his sensations of pain and temperature. Few weeks later, Billy developed a fever. The ulcers on his chest became bigger and started to spread through out his body with blemishes around them. The skin around the ulcers became very tough and thick and mucus constantly caused congestion in his nose. A few days later, his nose constantly bled.
